Send N Share™ Business or Trade Account Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Send N Share™ website ("Site") and its services, including the registration and utilization of a Send N Share™ Business or Trade Account. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

1. Account Registration

1.1. To register for a Send N Share™ Business or Trade Account, whether via online registration or through a Partner Reseller, you must provide accurate and complete information about your company or organization during the registration process.

1.2. Customers may register for either a Business or Trade Account.

1.3. Customers can upgrade their plans within the dashboard once logged in. Payment is processed via Stripe or bank transfer.

1.4. For Trade Accounts, billing occurs on the 1st or 15th of each month.

1.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.6. Account holders are provided access to a dashboard where they can create individual Send N Share™ pages, such as a vCard or vStore. Each page may include a combination of up to 10 products, services, or portfolio/project items. Additional items beyond this limit will incur an additional charge per item plus GST, invoiced to the Business or Trade Account. All fees and charges are incorporated as part of an annual hosting fee, which is renewed based on the current user subscription term. All payments are in AUD, exclusive of GST.

1.7. Global Partners are authorised to promote, sell, and design Send N Share™ pages in any global location. Pricing may vary based on location and the complexity of the digital setup. All pricing is subject to change and is individually tailored to each client's Trade Account.

 

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The company will be invoiced for activated Send N Share™ pages on the 1st and 15th of each month under Trade Accounts. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance. Failure to do so will result in account deactivation.

2.2. Reactivation of a deactivated account will occur upon settlement of outstanding payments.

 

3. Account Deactivation

3.1. Non-payment after 30 days will result in account deactivation and suspension of access to your Send N Share™ dashboard and live pages.

3.2. Registered account administrators will receive notification of pending payments before any account is deactivated.

 

4. Invoicing and Reporting

4.1. Invoices for activated Send N Share™ pages will be generated and dispatched to Trade Account administrators through our internal billing system.

4.2. Each invoice will include a summary report detailing account activity for the invoicing period.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. Disputes regarding invoices or payments must be raised promptly. If a dispute is not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be deactivated.

 

6. Termination

6.1. Send N Share™ reserves the right to terminate any Business or Trade Account due to repeated non-payment or violations of these Terms.

 

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Send N Share™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Account administrators will be notified of any changes in writing or by email.

 

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Welcome to Send N Share! These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for using the Send N Share website ("Site"), located at https://www.sendnshare.com. 5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Send N Share excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions related to our Site and its use. This disclaimer does not:

5.1.2. Limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
5.1.3. Limit any liability in a way not permitted under applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

6.1. Send N Share aims for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 10-day refund period for eligible purchases, subject to an administration and payment processing fee.

6.2. To request a refund, you must notify us within 10 days of purchase and provide a valid reason. Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval and issued via the original payment method. Currency conversion or fluctuation fees will not be refunded.

6.3. This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through Send N Share and does not cover third-party platforms or resellers. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria or are deemed fraudulent.
