Send N Share - ONECARD™ Business or Trade Account Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Send N Share website ("Site") and its services, including the registration and utilization of a Send N Share ONECARD™ Business or Trade Account. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Account Registration
1.1. To register for a Send N Share ONECARD™ Business or Trade Account, whether via online registration or through a Partner Reseller, you must provide accurate and complete information about your company or organization as requested during the registration process.
1.2. Customers can register for either a Business or Trade Account.
1.3. Customers can upgrade plans once logged in and payment is processed via Stripe or bank transfer.
1.4. Trade Accounts, billing occurs on the 1st or 15th of each month.
1.5. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
1.6. Account holders are provided access to a dashboard where they can create individual ONECARDs™. Each ONECARD™ allows the user to feature up to a total of combined 10 products, services or portfolio/project items. Additional items beyond these limits will incur a charge per item plus GST, invoiced to the Business or Trade Account. Prices are subject to change anytime. All fees and charges are incorporated as a hosting annual fee and renewed each current user subscription term. All payments are in AUD exclusive of GST.
1.7 Global Partners are authorised to promote, sell, design in any global location. Prices vary from time to time and depending on complexity of the digital design setup. All pricing are subject to change and are individually tailored to clients trade account.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. The company will be invoiced for activated ONECARDs™ on the 1st and 15th of each month on all Trade Accounts. All invoices must be settled within 30 days of issuance. Failure to pay within this period will result in account deactivation.
2.2. Reactivation of a deactivated account will occur upon settlement of outstanding dues.
3. Account Deactivation
3.1. Non-payment after 30 days will result in account deactivation, and access to the ONECARD™ platform will be suspended until outstanding payments are settled.
3.2. Registered account administrators will receive notifications regarding pending payments before account deactivation.
4. Invoicing and Reporting
4.1. Invoices for activated ONECARDs™ will be generated and dispatched to Trade Account administrators via our internal support payment system.
4.2. Each invoice will include a comprehensive report detailing all ONECARD™ activity during the invoicing period.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1. Disputes regarding invoices or payments should be addressed promptly. Failure to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe may result in account deactivation.
6. Termination
6.1. Send N Share reserves the right to terminate a Trade Account in cases of repeated non-payment or violation of these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. Send N Share retains the right to modify these Terms at any time. Registered account administrators will be notified of any changes.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Brisbane, Australia QLD, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. Send N Share aims for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 10-day refund period for eligible purchases, subject to an administration and payment processing fee.
6.2. To request a refund, you must notify us within 10 days of purchase and provide a valid reason. Refunds will be processed promptly upon approval and issued via the original payment method. Currency conversion or fluctuation fees will not be refunded.
6.3. This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly through Send N Share and does not cover third-party platforms or resellers. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria or are deemed fraudulent.
